Too many people I know are too sick in ways that are far too serious.
Very, very few other things can make you feel this completely helpless and useless. What do you even say?
I hate this feeling. I hate it. I hate it so much more that these people I care about are suffering. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.
I can't even think of a way to end this post.

Pascal: The present is never our end. The past and the present are our means, the future alone our end. Thus we never actually live, but hope to live, and since we are always planning how to be happy, it is inevitable that we should never be so.
