Philosophy Slam Still philosophizing after all these years.

So I've always done the htmling here by hand, except for creating the original template, which is tweaked a bit by me, but now blogger has all these new and fascinating features for new blogs, and I'm just not on board yet. I should be doing all sorts of updating, and I just haven't yet.

Plus, there are a bazillion things I should have on my sidebar (which, a recent library tech seminar informed me, is WRONG because "millenials," some obscure generational term I never quite understood, unless it means the rude, bratty, snotty mid-teens who hang around the library in their sullen way, prefer to read in an "F" format. They can deal. The rest of us do).

So am I a technophobe for sitting here, adding CONTENT, instead of putting more cherries on top of the sundae? Or do I keep adding on content, such as it is (my content isn't good enough to be ice cream-- I guess it's more like lite frozen yogurt or something). The middle ground is technically the whipped cream, but I don't do anything well enough to deserve the title of that particular creamy, rich, squeezed-out-of-a-can Redi-Whip glory, so there goes all my hard symbol-whatever work.

And now I'm craving a sundae, no cherries (don't like them-- technophobe again?) or nuts (I am plenty nuts on my own, thankyouverymuch).

Sigh.

Signing off with dreams of saturated fat glory . . .

I'll probably wake up with a killer case of acid reflux, just because of this ice cream fantasy.

And yes, my glass IS half empty. Also, the water in it is poisoned.

Ta-ta.
