Leggins. They were bad the first time. Really, really bad. T-shirt dresses, leggings, and Sam & Libbys in every color. Bad. In. The. 80s.
Bad now. Bad.
For the sake of all of us who've lived through this "fashion" before, please stop. Now.
Oh, and calling them "footless tights," as all the fashion magazines are doing, doesn't make them any better.
And, in a related rant, since we also seem to be doing retro t-shirt themes, it is NOT cool, for instance, to wear a Ramones t-shirt if you can't name a single Ramones song. Or even recognize that you have the Rocket to Russia cover across your chest.
Pascal: The present is never our end. The past and the present are our means, the future alone our end. Thus we never actually live, but hope to live, and since we are always planning how to be happy, it is inevitable that we should never be so.
