And Yes, I'm Still Deathly Ill
Got up this morning, finished prepping class, decided to lie down until I had to leave. Got back up, passed out, decided to call in sick.
And then I get a rash of e-mails from my students, substance of which is "likesosorryyou'resickandall-- can I have an extension on my paper?"
I extended the date for everyone and tried not to get my blood pressure up about it. Though it's my BP that's the problem, so maybe I should have stressed some more.
Moving on to one of my favorite obsessions: serial killers! It's true crime time.
Yes, I know it's morbid and unhealthy. Direct all comments directly to my psychologist and eliminate the middleperson.

Pascal: The present is never our end. The past and the present are our means, the future alone our end. Thus we never actually live, but hope to live, and since we are always planning how to be happy, it is inevitable that we should never be so.
