There's A Tear in My Beer
I miss the X-Files, man. I watched Crossing Jordan for the first time tonight (because my alternative was A Vision), and they paid appropriate homage to My Show. And it was on Sunday nights, too . . . sniff.
Actually, I still get nostalgic on Friday nights, too. Hardcore nostalgia here, man. We're talking heart-wrenching sobs here, not your occasional sniffle.
To continue this stroll down memory lane: Agent Stinkin' Reyes (She Who Shall Not Receive A Link on Philosophy Slam) was on CSI: Miami Monday (yes, I am fully aware that I watch way too much TV). She didn't die or commit a crime, alas. My hatred for her continues unabated.
Back to tonight: Appropriately, the vampire character on tonight's show also appeared on 6.14, "Agua Mala." I still remember my relief when the cat survived that episode . . . mewing in the rain . . . ::choked sob::
I don't think I can continue this post. I'm tearing up here.
Seriously. I'm not kidding.

Pascal: The present is never our end. The past and the present are our means, the future alone our end. Thus we never actually live, but hope to live, and since we are always planning how to be happy, it is inevitable that we should never be so.
