Weather Pixie informs me that it's currently 73 degrees and that I should be wearing a strappy asymmetrical hem sundress.
A) I need a new Pixie, one for cold-blooded types like myself. At 73 degrees, it would be wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and a light cardigan. By about 76 degrees, the cardigan would come off, revealing the pasty-white, SPF-30'd (yes, I wear sunscreen every day, even during the winter) arms.
B) I must rely on my computer for this sort of weather-information, given that I haven't sat foot outside all day. It could be a heat wave or bitterly cold, for all I know. Thank gods for the internet, huh.
C) Yes, I'm aware that that's pathetic.
D) Maybe I should take out the trash or something.
E) I just opened the door for the UPS woman, who was delivering my one-day ship need-for-class books. I got killed on shipping, needless to say. What do they have to do, buy the books a first-class plane ticket? My novels can travel coach, thankyouverymuch.
F) Anyway, does opening the door count as outdoor time? A breeze blew in here; I'm sure of it.
G) I need to go rescue the Amazon box from my overly-curious cat now, who can't seem to stop sniffing it. It probably smells like caviar and wine from the flight. Hmmph.

Pascal: The present is never our end. The past and the present are our means, the future alone our end. Thus we never actually live, but hope to live, and since we are always planning how to be happy, it is inevitable that we should never be so.
