I'm reading my required Joyce biography at the moment.
I took a nap.
I had a nightmare involving Joyce, his relatives, a bathtub, and my nutty great-aunt.
Having nightmares about the actual texts (rather than just school in general, which is par for the course) before the semester starts: A personal best!

Pascal: The present is never our end. The past and the present are our means, the future alone our end. Thus we never actually live, but hope to live, and since we are always planning how to be happy, it is inevitable that we should never be so.
