Someone needs to die, Part II:
I decided to sleep in today and accordingly set my alarm for 7:45. I then dropped off into the blissful sleep of the innocent (shaddup). At 6:51, the phone rings. It's a chatty wrong number who won't be convinced that I neither live with nor know Lisa SomebodyOrTheOther. This made me a very unhappy philosopher.

Pascal: The present is never our end. The past and the present are our means, the future alone our end. Thus we never actually live, but hope to live, and since we are always planning how to be happy, it is inevitable that we should never be so.
