A thought for all you regional readers: DO NOT believe those Charter high-speed access ads. Be advised that tests show that we are averaging speeds comparable to a 14.4 modem. In other words, SLOW. The speed that Charter is advertising is about 1000x the actual speed. Word is that they made a bunch of promises about the access that they can't keep. Tech support isn't supportive, and they don't do what they promise. Take your business elsewhere.
